What are the interviewing skills that help us to recruit exceptional employees always?
You are aiming to achieve an impossible ideal. Honestly, no company manages to recruit “exceptional employees always.” What anyone can achieve is to recruit exceptional employees “most of the time.”
Got your point. OK, please tell me how to get employees “most of the time.”
I don’t think there is a capsule for interviewing techniques. You will have to develop the skill with practice and lots of study. Put some time in the library and discuss with peers. May be even attending some interviews to observe the process is not a weird idea. And, of course, the net has any amount of info. In fact this forum itself has some useful links.
